1. Make sure the machine is turned on. (The fan of the laser module is spinning)
2. Make sure the USB cable is connected to the interface on the machine.
3. Check whether the computer can recognize the COM signal of the machine. (or into another port on your computer)
4. In the previous step, if there is no new com, you need to install a CH340 driver. It can be obtained from the TF card file. Or install the CH340 driver through the lasergrbl tool.
5. Set the correct baud rate, 115200
6. Select the correct "com" port in the software. (you can try every com port)
7. Click Connect.
8. If the above steps still fail to connect, please restart your computer, and then perform steps 5-7 again. (because there may be a software conflict).
9. If it still fails, and there is a prompt message in the dialog box on the left in the software, you need to update the firmware, Then do the above steps again.

Gcode files can be generated on the computer by LightBurn or GRBL software:

1. Remove the flame sensor’s shell;
2. Turn the white screw with a wrench (increase sensitivity clockwise and decrease it anticlockwise);
3. After the sensitivity reaches the minimum, turn it half a turn in the opposite direction to ensure that the flame sensor will
be triggered. (When the function needs to be turned off, it can be adjusted to the lowest level to play the role of being
turned off.)
1. Obtain an air pump;
2. Connect to the air pump’s air outlet port via the air pump hose attached to the air pump;
3.Connect one end of the air pipe to the air pump;
4. Install the air pipe connector attached to the machine onto the reserved interface on the laser module.

6. After powering up the air pump, adjust the air volume by adjusting the knob on the air pump.

2. Check whether the motor cable is installed correctly. (you can try to reinstall)After being connected correctly, the fan on the laser module will rotate.
3. If the fan does not rotate, open the main control box and find the laser interface, and check whether the cable is disconnected, "+12v-" and "+TTL-" (you can try to reinstall the cable).Inserting the wrong port will also cause no light, so you need to check: Are these 2 ports installed correctly?Correct: "+TTL-" cables have 1 wire, and "+12v-" cables have 2 wires.
4. If the fan is rotating.Please check: whether the cable of the "+TTL-" interface can conduct current, and only when the current is conducted can the laser be emitted.Please let us know if this cable is damaged.
5. If the cable is normal and the fan is normal, perform the following steps:Let the machine start engraving and check if there is a new flashing light on the control PCB board.If so, it means that the main control board is sending signals to the laser module, and the cable is fine. Possible result: the laser module is faulty.If there is no flashing light, it means that the software on the computer has not turned on the M3\M4 mode or the power value is set to 0.How to solve: Modify the power value or reinstall the LaserGRBL software.
6. If none of the above steps solve the problem, re-refresh the machine firmware.

4. Properly reduce the speed. The speed of the plank is about 3000mm/min. Note that it is not mm/s. (lower speed possible)
5. Refer to the instruction manual to readjust the distance between the laser head and the object to be engraved. If the focus is not accurate, it will also result in failure to engrave. You can try different distances to see if there is a change.
6. If none of the above steps can solve the problem. Please project the laser on a farther wall in a place where there are no other people, take a picture and send it to us. (wear glasses and be careful)

2. X-axis and Y-axis timing belt should be adjusted to pre-tightened state.
3. The screws fixing the laser module should be ensured to be firm and not shaking.
4. Check: whether the motors on both the left and right sides of the Y-axis are working normally, you can unplug the motor cable on one side first to verify.
5. Lower the running speed appropriately.
6. Check: whether the wheels are worn or there are foreign objects in the rails.

2. Check whether the motor cable is installed correctly. (you can try to reinstall)
3. If there is a motor that can work normally, you can open the control box to find the main control board, and exchange the motor cables in the control box.After swapping, if it doesn't work normally, it means there is a problem with the cable, please let us know and replace it with a new one.
4. If the motor vibrates but does not move, then there may be a problem with the line sequence of the cable. You can use an object with a sharp corner as a tool to exchange the sequence of the two lines in the middle.
5. After exchanging the order of the cables, if the direction is wrong, you can exchange the order of the two similar lines on the left.
6. After checking the third step, if the original normal motor does not work, then the driver of the main control board may be damaged. Please let us know and get a new one.When telling us, it would be better if there is a video, so that we can better confirm the problem and replace it with new accessories.

5. Open the control board box and check: whether the switch wire is falling off.
6. Use other adapters of the same specification.

3. Find the three values of $100, $101, and $102, and check whether they are all 80,
4. If there is a value other than 80, please modify it to 80.

2. Check whether the motor cable is installed correctly. (you can try to reinstall)After being connected correctly, the fan on the laser module will rotate.
3. If the fan does not rotate, open the main control box and find the laser interface, and check whether the cable is disconnected, "+12v-" and "+TTL-" (you can try to reinstall the cable).Inserting the wrong port will also cause no light, so you need to check: Are these 2 ports installed correctly?Correct: "+TTL-" cables have 1 wire, and "+12v-" cables have 2 wires.
4. If the fan is rotating.Please check: whether the cable of the "+TTL-" interface can conduct current, and only when the current is conducted can the laser be emitted.Please let us know if this cable is damaged.
5. If the cable is normal and the fan is normal, perform the following steps:Let the machine start engraving and check if there is a new flashing light on the control PCB board.If so, it means that the main control board is sending signals to the laser module, and the cable is fine. Possible result: the laser module is faulty.If there is no flashing light, it means that the software on the computer has not turned on the M3\M4 mode or the power value is set to 0.How to solve: Modify the power value or reinstall the LaserGRBL software.
6. If none of the above steps solve the problem, re-refresh the machine firmware.

1. Check: In the laserGRBL software, when loading the pattern, is the setting value of S sufficient?Please set the maximum S value to 1000, and then perform the engraving test again.
2. In the laserGRBL software, enter $30=1000 in "type gcode here", and click the "Enter" key on the keyboard. Then do the engraving test again. (This is to set the default maximum power value of the laser to 1000)
3. Turn off the power of the machine and check whether the bottom lens of the laser module is dirty. Please use a cotton swab to wipe the laser lens to make sure the lens is clean, and then perform the engraving test again.
4. Properly reduce the speed. The speed of the plank is about 3000mm/min. Note that it is not mm/s. (lower speed possible)
5. Refer to the instruction manual to readjust the distance between the laser head and the object to be engraved. If the focus is not accurate, it will also result in failure to engrave. You can try different distances to see if there is a change.
6. If none of the above steps can solve the problem. Please project the laser on a farther wall in a place where there are no other people, take a picture and send it to us. (wear glasses and be careful)

Check whether the screen cable is loose, and re-tighten it;
Remove the screen from the machine casing and put it on an insulating object to see if it is better. If it is better, add insulating tape between the screen and the machine casing when putting the screen back into the machine; if it still does not improve, it means that there is something wrong with the screen. Replace the screen.
Check whether the power supply voltage of the printer complies with the local rated voltage;
If the switch light is on, but the power light is not on, it may be that the wires on the power supply are connected incorrectly or the ship type switch is connected incorrectly, resulting in no power supply. You need to check whether the wires are connected correctly;
When both the switch light and the power light are on, but the main board light is not on, it may be that the main board cannot be used due to the short circuit of the broken material detection. You only need to re-edit the wiring sequence to solve it.
Check whether the card can be used normally on the computer. If the SD card can be used normally on the computer, save the file to the computer first, then format the card, and test it on the machine after formatting; if it cannot be recognized, It proves that there is a problem with the SD card and needs to be replaced;
The file code is wrong, the code needs to be renamed;
Check whether the motor is operating normally, if it stops rotating, try to restart the machine;
Try to troubleshoot the problem from the following points:
Motor drive current is too large, re-adjust the appropriate drive current;
The synchronous wheel of the motor is not fixed – retighten the synchronous wheel;
The hardware position of the machine, such as the optical shaft, the slider, and the lead screw, is stuck – manually adjust it until it is smooth after oiling;
The belt on the X Y axis is too loose – readjust the tension of the belt;
Try to troubleshoot the problem from the following points:
1. Check whether it is caused by the guide shaft and sliding operation, and lubricating oil can be used for lubrication;
2. Check whether the belt is off or misplaced, readjust and correct;
Preheat the nozzle to 200°, and clean up the waste on the heating block. Unscrew the two screws of the cooling block, and use tools to remove the heating block, throat, and nozzle in turn for cleaning. (Note: Be careful of high temperature during heat treatment and pay attention to safety)

Lightburn: Windows 7.0 or later, 32 or 64 bit, MacOS 10.11 or later, or 64 bit Linux (Ubuntu 16+ or Fedora 28+, anything else may not work as intended).
LaserGRBL: LaserGRBL is compatible with Windows from XP to W10. 64 bit OS is strongly suggested in order to use all the features of LaserGRBL.

1. Make sure the machine is turned on.
2. Make sure the USB cable is connected to the interface of the machine.
3. Check whether the computer can recognize the COM signal of the machine. (or into another port on your computer)
4. In the previous step, if there is no new com, you need to install a CH340 driver. You can search for the CH340 driver through a browser.
5. If the above steps still fail to connect, please restart your computer and reconnect. (because there may be a software conflict).

Check whether the limit switch wiring is installed normally and whether there is any breakage1.2. Turn the good limit switch wiring on the main board and the non-working limit switch wiring position, check and judge whether the limit switch is damaged or the interface on the main board is damaged2. Turn off the power of the machine, move the X and Y axes left and right, check whether there is any sticking or difficulty in moving, test each driving part individually, adjust the screw or add lubricant according to each different part.2.2. Check whether the Z-axis screw rod is bent or deformed.
